Des Deal will not be liable for any manufacturer’s warranty. The customer has to contact directly with the manufacturer for any manufacturing defect. Des Deal will not entertain any manufacturer’s warranty.
Return Policy
We will not be excepting any items for return or exchange due to Covid-19 Pandemic. This is to safeguard our staff and customers.
Products can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if any defects are found. Products sold by Des Deal cannot be returned. If the customer detects any issues with the product, the customer must notify the seller immediately. Exchanges will be accepted at the sole discretion of Des Deal Customer will be liable to any return postage (if applicable). Copy of original receipt must be sent along with an item for exchange. If an item for exchange is not available for exchange, Des Deal can provide the customer with a comparable product or refund the customer at its sole discretion. Any software items, Gift cards or E-gift cards sold by Des Deal will not be eligible for any return or exchange at all. Des Deal have full right to change its return policy at any time without any notice to anyone.
